Customers with 360 WiFi can now manage parental controls in the Quantum Fiber app! Look for these added features:
 

  • Create profiles for family members and assign devices
  • Set up WiFi access schedules
  • Create content filters
  • Block/allow websites and apps
Our team has been hard at work making improvements and adding features for our customers. Recent firmware updates to our WiFi 7 pods (1700/1701) and SmartNIDs (5500/6500) include these enhancements: 
 
  • Improved connectivity with Apple devices, MyQ/Genie garage doors, and WEMO smart plugs
  • Updated WPA, WPA2, and WPA3 security standards
  • More stable SmartNID connection

You can now check for outages without signing in. Enter your address and we'll let you know if there's a known Quantum Fiber outage in your area.
