With 360 WiFi, you can create profiles for different people in your household. Profiles are the first step to setting parental controls.
Follow the steps below for each profile you would like to create. Click through the screens to see the steps.
From the dashboard screen in the Quantum Fiber app, tap on the Parental Controls tile.
On the Parental Controls screen, tap on the Create new profile button.
Name the profile and choose an icon. Tap Continue.
Select a profile type. You can choose from the preset types or create a custom type. The Teen and Child profiles have the most preset content controls, which you can also customize. Once you've selected the type, tap Create Profile.
You can repeat the steps above to create as many profiles as you need (up to 30).
From the app dashboard, tap on the Parental Controls tile to view and edit your profiles.
On the Parental Controls screen, you'll see a list of all profiles that you've created. You can quickly pause or unpause a profile, add/remove devices, or tap the arrow to view profile details and options.
Your profiles won't actually do anything until you assign devices. You can easily add or remove devices anytime as your needs change.
Check or uncheck devices you want on the profile, then tap Done to save.
Devices can only be assigned to one profile at a time to avoid conflicting rules or settings.
On the Parental Controls screen, you'll see a list of profiles you've created and the number of devices currently assigned to each profile, such as (2) in the example for MacKenna's profile. Tap the Assign/remove devices shortcut to add or remove devices.
Check devices in the list to add them to this profile. Or uncheck devices in the list at the bottom to remove them from this profile. Tap Done to save your changes.
Alternately, from the Parental Controls screen, you can tap the small arrow to the right of a profile to view details and options.
From the profile details screen, you can tap Assign/remove devices near the top or below the list of currently assigned devices.
After you've created one or more profiles, you can set up parental controls, including schedules and content restrictions.
