If you are in a multi-unit building and have a WAP on your ceiling, you have Quantum Fiber Instant WiFi service.
WiFi Access Point (WAP) for Instant WiFi service
If you have a SmartNID installed to provide your internet service, this device by itself does not have wireless capability. To get a complete WiFi experience in your home or small business, you will need 360 WiFi or another WiFi solution.
For the best internet experience and performance, we recommend 360 WiFi. Why? It's a comprehensive and reliable whole-home WiFi pod system. It comes with built-in security features to protect your network, and you can control network setup and device connections easily with the Quantum Fiber app.

WiFi Access Point (WAP) for Instant WiFi service
Yes, you can. However, Quantum Fiber equipment is best designed to pair with our service. Each SmartNID or modem is optimized to deliver the fiber connection into your home, and comes with remote network support from our customer success team.
Depending on what type of equipment you have, you may need to return some or all of it if you cancel or upgrade your service. Leased equipment, including modems (like the C4000 or C3510) and 360 WiFi pods, must be returned to Quantum Fiber within 30 days to avoid fees. Start from our returns page to get a return label or QR code and pack up your equipment.
If you have an attached SmartNID such as the one shown here, you will leave it in place when you move or cancel. Please do not remove this device from the wall.
