How to redeem or check balance

Visit the Quantum Fiber Rewards site to redeem, track, contact customer service, and get your questions answered. Use the links below to do the following:

 

  • Redeem a Quantum Fiber Rewards offer using the instructions that were sent to you by email or mail.

  • Track your Quantum Fiber Rewards status.

  • Contact Rewards customer service. This is separate from the main Quantum Fiber Customer Success Team.

  • Check the balance of your Quantum Fiber Rewards card.

Rewards FAQs

Quantum Fiber Rewards are offered as targeted limited-time promotions for select customers for choosing Quantum Fiber.

To redeem your reward, you will need:

  1. The offer code included on the email or postcard sent to you
  2. The phone number associated with your Quantum Fiber account 
  3. Your email address to receive reward status updates

Your code can be found on the enrollment invitation you received via email or postcard 3 to 4 weeks after your eligible service was activated.

Once you redeem online or we receive your reward submission, your reward will arrive 4 to 6 weeks after you have redeemed online, made your first payment, kept your account active and in good standing and met all eligibility requirements.

Go to the Track page and choose from the available search options: 

  • Tracking number
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Name and ZIP code
