How to get the Simply Fiber Internet™ Plan

If you are currently enrolled in certain government assistance programs, you can get our Simply Fiber Internet Plan.

  1. Follow instructions to purchase the Simply Fiber Internet Plan.

  2. We'll verify your enrollment in a qualifying government program right away, or we'll ask you a few more questions.

  3. Once you've qualified and successfully completed your order, you're on your way to Quantum Fiber speed.

Qualification FAQs

If we are able to verify your participation in any of these government assistance programs, you can get the Simply Fiber Internet Plan:

  • Enrollment in a school that participates in the USA Community Eligibility Program
  • Federal Pell Grant
  • Federal public housing assistance
  • LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program)
  • Medicaid
  • SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
  • SSI (Supplemental Security Income)
  • TANF/Tribal TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
  • WIC (Women, Infants, Children)

You must be enrolled in a qualifying government assistance program to get the Simply Fiber Internet Plan.

Plan details FAQs

The Simply Fiber Internet Plan is for up to 200 Mbps fiber internet service only. The Simply Fiber Internet Plan includes 360 WiFi, with equipment and professional installation.

Digital phone service, such as Connected Voice, is an additional cost. 

The Simply Fiber Internet Plan is for up to 200 Mbps fiber internet service only. If you want to change your plan speed, you will be charged a different monthly rate.

However, you can requalify for the Simply Fiber Internet Plan if it is still available in the future if you want to return to up to 200 Mbps service.

The Simply Fiber Internet Plan is subject to standard taxes and fees, which vary by location. While we can't tell you exact taxes and fees for your location here, you can learn more about them. And you'll get a more exact estimate when you order service.
