Affordable Connectivity Program

ACP funding ended

Congress did not approve additional funding for the ACP. The discount has been removed from customer accounts.

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) was created by Congress and is managed by the FCC. This program provides up to $30 per month in assistance towards the household internet bill, or up to $75 per month for Tribal households.

Who's eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program?

Your household is eligible if you have an income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines OR if any member of your household:

  • Receives benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision.

  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year.

  • Participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR).
