How to update your contact details
If you need to change the phone number or email address that Quantum Fiber uses to contact you, you can update your contact details in the account settings.
Change contact settings
1. Once you sign in to your Quantum Fiber account, select My Account in the top corner, then select Settings.
2. On the Settings page, select the Notifications tab. In the first section, Contact Information, click on the pencil icon on the right side to edit your email address or phone number.
3. Enter your new contact details, then click Save.
Username does not change
Your username will not change even if you update your preferred email address to receive account notifications.
While you're on this page, you can check that your communication preferences at the bottom of the screen are set as you want them. See steps to update notification settings, if needed.
