Check connection status in the app
Open the Quantum Fiber app to find information about your connection strength and network settings. You can use the app with mobile data even if you don't have a WiFi signal on your phone. Click through the screens below to see the steps.
Go to the list of Connected Devices to see the connection status for each device. Tap on the device you're having trouble with to see details.
See the details for an individual device. Tap Help me improve for specific troubleshooting tips.
Tap the info icon next to the connection strength for details.
Tap the bell icon at the top of the screen to open the Message Center. Check to see if any payment or account alerts may point to an interruption of service.
