Check your device settings and software

Check your operating system (Windows, Android, iOS, etc.) for available updates, and install them if applicable. You can also turn on automatic updates or smart updates in most platforms.

Update your security software if needed. Run a scan to check for malware that may be affecting your device.

If you're on a VPN, disconnect from the VPN and try connecting again.

If none of the steps above helped, you may need to look into hardware repair from the device manufacturer. A wireless card, driver, or other component may be causing connection problems.
