Refresh WiFi connection on your device

Resetting the WiFi on your device can often solve a connection issue. Click through the screens below to see the steps.

Open the wireless settings for your device. Menus vary, but this could be under a section called Connections or Network.

Disconnect the WiFi connection. Wait about 30 seconds, then reconnect. Watch for any error messages as it connects.

If the connection won't complete or you get an error, check your WiFi password. If the device still won't connect, click the arrow to go to the next screen.

If you still aren't getting a good connection, remove or forget the WiFi network from your device settings. This will erase the saved settings.

Now go into the same network settings and connect to the network again. You can show the password to make sure you're entering it correctly.

If you get a password error, try resetting your WiFi password in the Quantum Fiber app, under Network Information. If the device connects to the WiFi network but you still can't get online, keep going to the next troubleshooting step.
