Check the SmartNID cords and connections
Click through the screens below to see the steps.
First check that the cords are correctly plugged into the bottom of the SmartNID. Make sure the power cord hasn't come loose, and that the Ethernet cable is firmly plugged in to the port closest to the green fiber connector.
Now check the connections on the WiFi pods. The Ethernet cable from the SmartNID should be firmly plugged in to the correct port on the primary (or wired) pod.

Now check the connections on the WiFi pods. The Ethernet cable from the SmartNID should be firmly plugged in to the correct port on the primary (or wired) pod.
WiFi 6 setup - Ethernet cable plugged in to one of the ports on pod Q9500 marked '2.5G LAN'
Now check your power sources. The SmartNID and WiFi pods should be plugged into wall outlets, avoiding use of splitters, extension cords, and power strips. If needed, change to another power source and try again.
