Check placement of your equipment

Since you said all devices are affected, it's a good idea to check the placement of your modem or WiFi pods. WiFi travels over radio waves, which can be blocked or weakened by long distances or heavy objects. Click through the screens below to see tips.

Put your modem or WiFi pods in a central spot in your home, as close as you can to your most important or high-bandwidth devices.

Your modem or WiFi pods should be out in the open, not behind objects such as in a closet or cupboard, or on a crowded shelf.

Make sure your modem or WiFi pods aren't being blocked by a heavy appliance, heavy furniture, or a fish tank. Also avoid placing it close to large mirrors or windows.
