Restart your device

Let's start with an easy one—a quick reboot. This will clear the device's memory and connect to the WiFi again. In some cases that's all it takes to fix a bad connection. 
 
  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Wait a full minute.
  3. Turn it back on.
 
Now try getting online again.
