Check your device settings and software

Update your security software if needed. Run a scan to check for malware that may be affecting your device.

If you're on a VPN, disconnect from the VPN and try connecting again.

If none of the steps above helped, you may need to look into hardware repair from the device manufacturer. A wireless card, driver, or other component may be causing connection problems.
