After you make an appointment, you'll get a text message with your appointment details. We'll send you text reminders the night before and on the morning of your appointment, as well as when your Quantum Fiber technician is on their way. You can reply to the text message to change your appointment if needed.
You can also find appointment details through our secure account website. When you sign in on the day of your appointment, your home screen will show your upcoming appointment and the option to track your technician's status. If you have an order for a WiFi pod, you'll also see those order details in the same area as appointments.
Technician status and arrival time
You'll see your appointment details on the app dashboard, along with options to change or cancel. On the day of your appointment, you'll see status updates when your technician is on their way.
If your technician doesn't arrive by the scheduled time, or you miss the appointment, please contact us right away.
