Connecting is easy
Step 1: Choose your internet speed
Move in or just before you move in, click on the Shop Plans or Check Availability button and follow the steps to sign up. Optional, enter a referral ID if you have one.

Step 2: How to connect
- Set up your account: Once you’ve signed up for your service, follow the instructions found in your Welcome Email from Quantum Fiber.
- Connect your devices: After you’ve moved in, you’ll need the Quantum Fiber App to create your Network name (SSID) and Network password.
Download the Quantum Fiber app on a smart device, log in with your account name (email address) and password you created in Step 2. Use the app to customize your WiFi and set controls. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Quantum Fiber app.
Now let's set up your WiFi.
1. While in the app, tap on Network Information.
2. Create a name and password for your WiFi network (SSID).
3. Connect your smart devices using the Network SSID Name and Password you just created.
